Do recommend for a city trip
Clean room, friendly staff, with free wi-fi in public areas making it easy to plan your outings and providing a comfortable space to sleep before I watched my son's football game.

One simple answer, yes or no?
The staff was exceptional, making my stay enjoyable and welcoming. Rooms were tidy and comfortable, allowing for a refreshing night's sleep after a long drive.
Limited amenities posed a challenge, especially with no coffee or toiletries. Navigating local transportation options was frustrating, making it hard to grab food.

Check-in was efficient and hassle-free.
I was deeply disappointed with my stay. The noise levels were unbearable, especially from the parking lot where people played loud music and revved their engines late into the night. To make matters worse, the lobby and hallways had a strange smell, making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during my entire visit. I felt that I couldn't even relax in my own room.

While the stay met basic needs, it lacked a bit of charm or extra amenities.

Had a great time with my friends visiting Hot Springs and DeGray Lake. The place was clean and Billy, the staff member, was super friendly and helpful. The lot across the street was perfect for parking our trailers. We could bring our cats along. Overall, it was a convenient spot for a group getaway. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone passing through.
The water pressure in the room was pretty low, which was a bit of a hassle during our stay.
